Importing a Quote from a PDF
A simple step-by-step for Importing a Quote from a PDF
- Select Jobs & Quotes
- Select Make/View/Print, Quotes
- Select Import Quote from PDF
- You can drag and drop your PDF Files into the window below to upload them
If you cannot see your PDFs, you can search for their file location by selecting 
Change The Lookup Folder.
As pictured below, there is a tick box selected for Move PFD After Import this will move your imported PDF into a separate folder named “Imported” within your selected Folder and removed from your Import Listing to avoid duplication of imported Quotes.
- Ensure that the PDF that you are Importing is highlighted
- Select The Assessment Type and then Select File For Import
- The below window will pop up – select Begin The Import
- Once the Import is complete, you will get the below message.Select OK to continue to the next step.
- Your Quote will open for you to review. Select Confirm after you have reviewed the quote fully.
- Select New to make a new Quote. If you are amending/updating an existing quote, you can select Existing.
- Follow the prompts to add the Customer, Vehicle and Insurance information.
- Once completed, you will get the below message.
This states your Quote Number, which you can find in your Quote Listing.
- Close the message by using the x in the corner.
