Setting Customer Follow Ups after the Job is Completed

With POPIA now in place, if the customer does not give agreed consent, we cannot contact them after the job is completed.
This is how we record that:

  1. Go to File
  2. Select Defaults
  3. Select Defaults
  4. Customer Follow-Up Module

This means that all the tick boxes will be automatically ticked to “Yes”.
If the customer does not want to be contacted, you have to untick the box.

There are two ways to set this: per customer and per job.

Per Customer

> Queries
> Customer

Per Job

On the Authorisation Screen:

When you send your information to Lightstone or Movery, the Job information will get sent through, and they will be notified NOT to contact the client.
